- I do not issue refunds on digital products or memberships. I have no way of knowing if you have already downloaded the products, viewed the content, or saved the files in some way. If you have having trouble accessing your download please email me here.
- If you are concerned about technical issues before a purchase, please make sure that you have access to a computer up front that can run programs like Adobe Reader so you are able to view, save, and download the files.
- I do not issue refunds for missed sales or unused coupon codes. Please understand I have to have a firm boundary in place for this, otherwise, I’d be handing out coupons before and after a sale like hot cakes. If you see a sale, take advantage. If you miss one, please try to keep your eyes out for another next time!
